I crawled wearily out of bed this morning to capture the morning rays as they tore through the darkness. I forgot my glasses, so enjoy these abstract OOF images courtesy of the fact I had a manual focus lens and an inability to focus. :)

Making Guacamole with my Girl {Pieces of Life Project}

...and because I am me, I had to do a digital painting. :D

Here is a pull back too! My daughter took the final shot above and I showed her how to use a simple curves adjustment to edit and sync all the files. :)

Pieces of Life: Curlers and Sparkles

This one really likes curlers. We used my old Caruso Molecular Steam Rollers from 1990---and yes, they are almost 25 years old! I thought the curls would pair well with her "sparkle dress" and the Lensbaby Sweet 35.
